Users agree to pay the fees associated with the selected services. Payments are non-refundable. Galaxy Nexus may suspend services for non-payment or if fees are overdue. Galaxy Nexus reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Galaxy Nexus may suspend, terminate, or restrict services without notice if users violate these terms or if their actions impact the stability or security of Galaxy Nexus's systems or other users' services.
Galaxy Nexus is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Users acknowledge that any data loss or service interruptions are at their own risk.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Galaxy Nexus and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from their use of the services.
Galaxy Nexus may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
